Ehm, is it just my monitor or is the log out button in the second row, whereas the description is in the third, right before the hideout button?

That just depends on the size of your screen. The laptop that I normally post from used to make the navbar fit in two rows, while the desktop that I post from used to fit it all into one row. You can click either the button or the text and it'll log you out, for now. 
(I'm actually working on getting rid of the text after the button, but the tutorials on that are rather limited...)

Agreed! But is there not suppose to be a Moderator and Admin chat button? I don't have one showing up on my screen.
