They started another random gifting thread for stoves on the officials because of... eh... the Grilled Cheese Month? 
Whatever. All you have to do is to post a photo of your sim eating a grilled cheese sandwich on the thread and put a stove you want on your wishlis.
I will post the link to the forum as soon as I get home, but I think you should all have a system message by some simguru that includes the link anyway
