Hidden Springs won´t install

My cousin bought and downloaded Hidden Springs, and guess what, something went wrong

I had him on the phone for like 30 minutes now, and I am positive that he went trough the process of downloading and installing correctly.

Nevertheless, when he starts the game and the main menue opens, Hidden Springs is not among the worlds offered for a new game.

Any ideas what the problem might be?

I would move the fie to the desktop and put it the sims 3 downloads folder yourself. I'm sorry if this doesn't make sense, but if you were to move the file to the folder yourself I think you would be guaranteed to see it in the launcher.

Eh, but it shows in the folder- it just doesn´t show ingame in the main menue
