help game isn't responding!!

help launcher isn't responding!! I need to get into my game so I can 1) finish the house 2)finish potmley legacy 3)get on with my Tudor legacy. so I can do 4) uninstall those games and install one of my HP ones or my Hidden object ones. the Launcher does say it is updated.

What's the most current Ep or SP you have installed?

I only have Gens.. but sister is the adminstator..so I can't do the by passing (parents forbid it).

Well that sucks. Why do they forbid it? It's not adding anything to the game, just entering the game directly without the use of the launcher.
The only other thing I can think of is to save your sims folder (back it up) and do a re-install.

I tried everything to get my game to start again and nothing happens. If only EA had some ball gowns which didn't come with necklaces I wouldn't be having this problem.
