Is there any so called M-rated stuff in Sims 3 already?

On the officals. http://forum.thesims3.com/jforum/posts/list/505928.page Someone said there was already M rated stuff (ie. Gays).. but that's incorrect. But any real M rated stuff isn't in the game and (I don't want them anyway): teen pregancy, car accidents, guns

That persons theory on having a same sex couple in the game raising the rating of the game up an "M" rating is absurd .

Why would homosexual relationships be rated M? It's a relationship like a female x male relationship.
And most people know it exists when they are children (in my country at least) so that's not a reason for considering it 'mature'...
I was even in a homosexual relationship when I was 13... So I don't see why I shouldn't be allowed to play with gay sims? >;O
