I did a freelance internship (meaning I had a client...and I was the
only one to work on the website he wanted)...this isn't the final
homepage (I think I changed the links on the left (if I didn't...i would
now looking at it)

@Bimle You know I like your art. You're very good at digital colouring. I've never tried any digital art, I wouldn't know where to begin O.o

@Chatter I love your sketches! I used to draw guys all the time, but not so much anymore. I need to get back into practice. I have always found the male figure more interesting to draw than female, I think it's because of all the different angles within it.
I still love this old lineart I drew a few years ago.

After Conor mentioning coloured pencils, I found some of my old pics. I drew them in 2009, so ignore the anatomy, as with the pic above!! I used to love using coloured pencils and would sketch with them all the time. I kinda miss it.

These sketches are part of the project I am working on now. I basically go around with a tiny sketchbook and draw random people when I need to practice my figure drawing.
Then I studied the proportions and sketched them out again, only a lot bigger ( a2 & a1 paper), as practice for bigger figures and different poses in preperation for the final piece of my topic (have exam next weds, thurs & fri)

I usually only work on small canvas and sketchpads.. but to my surprise I am enjoying working bigger.

And about digital art - starting with a sketch is great XD

I think because I don't have a tablet it would be quite hard, especially on a laptop XD Also then I would need to buy the software... D:

I will stick to traditional because I have spent so much money on the materials already I have a desk full of watercolour, marker and sketch pads and so many different tools.

Plus this may sound strange but I like to kinda feel the painting/drawing? I just love all the little 'imperfections' and the texture and surface that you can feel.

Ah yeah I see... I don't have many materials for drawing in ahnd and I have some awesome drawing programs and a very nice tablet >w< So ... Yeah.... Digital is best for me xD

I really like yours, Caturae, particularly the life drawings. In my exam on Tuesday, I had to draw a toothbrush and a person obviously. It went okay. It's 30% of my exam, the other 70% the project. I'm just done the project It's about dogs - "My Comfort Zone"

I don't have the pics right now, but I'll TRY and get them tomorrow. If not, you won't be seeing them 'til September... as once the envelope is sealed, it's an offence to re-open it. Oh dear.

Anyway, love it so far, Caturae. You are very talented. And Bimle and Brunnette!

Practically, the best skill I have is literature, but I haven't wrote any real stories >.< only fanfictions
Example:

It was the end of classes. Haruhi seemed a little too active, by shaking me during lunch to come to the SOS Brigade room as fast as I can. My pace didn't change though. I picked up my bag after Haruhi dashed out the classroom door swiftly. Taniguchi was laughing at me. Pesky little brat- 30 seconds after classes ended and he's already laughing like his life was gonna end tomorrow. I sighed and continued my death march into the hallway where Asahina-san bumped into me. Tsuruya-sna was behind her. Her warm hands held my right hand together, with tiny tears forming in her eyes.
"Kyon-kun," She said, her voice getting wobbly. "Please tell Suzumiya-san that me and Tsuruya have to attend a meeting for our class. Tell her I'm very, very sorry!"
Tears streaked her face. Tsuruya-san patted her on the shoulder and brought her upstairs. After she was fully out of sight, I rushed to the clubroom. Haruhi would be pissed if I was late.
I turned the doorknob and added a little force just to open the door. The only one in sight was Koizumi. Koizumi with his fake smile. Where was Haruhi and Nagato? I just wasted relaxation time.
"Kyon." Koizumi said as he motioned to the empty chair in front of him.
"Wait," I said. "Where's Haruhi and Nagato?"
"Getting outfits.. For us."
"Us?"
"Yeah, us. Her Asahina-san plan was a failure, so now she whats to try us."
