how can i add my sims 3 avatar here?

wanted to add my sims 3 avatar but can't seem to do it!

what does it mean by off site avatar?

what link do i need to place?

tried putting link from the other site but it wont show up Mad

You have to save the avatar you want to your computer, and upload it from there.
