- Added Smilies

- Removed several underutilized smilies from the database

- Checked for errors in site HTML code
- Checked chatbox settings to ensure correct use
- Tweaked several general site settings

- Updated rights on the Simstopia Exchange to ensure correct use, under sharing policies
