- Checked chatbox settings to ensure correct use
- Tweaked several general site settings

Profile Update
- Added Expansion Pack and Stuff Pack definition in Profile

Rules Update
- Updated Simstopia Rules to better define our current standards
- Largely removed the profanity filter
