idea for my Ptomley Legacy -debutante party good idea?

I just want other people's opinion if the following idea is good (I know its sounds 1.weird and 2. old fashioned):

when Celo's (my founder) daughters (she has no kids at the moment being newlywed) become teens (not all at once!!) Celo will host a "house" party but in my mind its really is a debutante party.

Once the daughters (as YAs) becomes engaged, Celo will host another "house" party and in my mind it will be an "engagement" party. Don't worry future daughters can also have their "hen" parties too-
(whenever I get Generations that is)
